Seuic Data Wedge — scanner integration for WMS/MES/ERP

Seuic Data Wedge is a system “bridge” between the terminal scanner and your WMS/MES/ERP/web forms . The operator scans the code, and the data is automatically inserted into the active field or transferred to the target application – without code changes and expensive integrations.

Key features

• Seamless integration. Data from the scanner goes into any application: cash register module, browser, WMS/ERP client.

• Profiles for applications. Each application has its own profile (e.g., Enter as a suffix in WMS, Tab in receiving, other layouts). Activated automatically when you open the desired application.

• Stream formatting. Prefixes/suffixes, character removal/replacement, parsing long QR URLs (extracting the required parameters).

• Flexible withdrawal methods:

  • Key emulation (default) — “as if the operator were typing from the keyboard.”

  • Android Intent — passing to your service/activity without field focus.

  • TCP/IP — sending to IP:port (PC on local network, gateway server, etc.).

• Floating scan button and full screen mode (tap on screen = scan).

• Scan Demo — visual tests, parameter settings, export of read data (works together with the Data Wedge service).

• Admin mode. Password to change settings, import/export of configs for quick deployment to the fleet.

My form in the browser does not accept “Enter”. What should I do?
In the profile, add the Enter suffix or change the output method to Intent/TCP — depending on the form logic.

Is it possible to quickly deploy the same settings to 50 devices?
Yes, use configuration export/import or deploy the file via EMM/MDM/Stage Now .
