SEUIC X4 — industrial barcode scanner
SEUIC X4 is an industrial 1D/2D barcode scanner with fixed installation for inline reading on the conveyor and production areas. The device automatically decodes codes on boxes, trays and parts without an operator , maintaining a stable data flow in real time.
Why businesses choose the SEUIC X4 industrial barcode scanner
-
Stable decoding at line speed. The imager reads 1D/2D (including QR/Datamatrix ) even on film, glossy or at an angle.
-
In-line integration. IO triggers/PLC integration synchronizes the frame with the sensor; PoE Ethernet simplifies installation and power supply.
-
Built-in backlight. Uniform scene reduces dependence on external lamps and stabilizes inline code reading .
-
Multi-scan scheme. Multiple X4s cover side edges and unstable orientation; easy to scale coverage.
-
Compact form factor. Convenient stationary barcode scanner for tight tunnels, sorting stations and protective enclosures.

Where X4 gives the maximum
-
Warehouses/3PL: conveyor control of selection, sorting and shipping.
-
E-commerce/distribution: selection confirmation, routing, set reconciliation.
-
Production: traceability of components and components, labeling inspection, label-product linkage .
-
Reception/Returns: Fast inline reading of box flows without manual scanning.
How it works on the line (briefly)
-
Sensor/PLC gives IO trigger → X4 captures frame.
-
The algorithm decodes 1D/2D and returns “success/failure”.
-
Data flows into your system via PoE Ethernet interfaces; sorting is event-driven.
Why SEUIC X4
-
Industrial barcode scanner with stable decoding in variable lighting.
-
PoE + IO/PLC = fast start-up into production cycle.
-
Multi-scanner scheme for complex orientations and wide areas.
FAQ
Does the X4 scanner read at an angle or from the side edges?
Yes. For unstable orientation, multi-scanner schemes with multiple X4 are used.
Is external lighting needed?
For typical tasks, built-in lighting is sufficient ; for complex surfaces, we will select external light/filters.
How to integrate with tape and PLC?
Through IO triggers , PoE/network interfaces; success/failure events are supported for sorting control.
What codes are supported?
Standard 1D/2D (specify in the specifications of your configuration).
