SEUIC delivery – conditions, terms and legal framework<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Below is an extended description of the terms of delivery of SEUIC goods in Poland and EU countries, as well as the legal requirements that we comply with under Polish law.<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Legislative framework and mandatory information<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

According to the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Prawo konsumenta), the Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny) and other regulations:<\/font><\/font>
<\/strong><\/strong> 1. Mandatory information obligations <\/font><\/font>
Before the buyer confirms the order (or other remote agreement), the seller must clearly and clearly provide information about: <\/font><\/font>
\u2022 the seller’s identification data: name or business name, address, registration number, NIP or other reg. numbers. <\/font><\/font>
\u2022 the total price of the goods, including taxes, plus all additional costs (delivery, packaging, customs duties, if any) or a clear method of their calculation, if this cannot be done in advance. <\/font><\/font>
\u2022 delivery methods, delivery time and delivery deadline. <\/font><\/font>
\u2022 the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods during delivery – when it passes to the buyer. According to Polish law, the seller is responsible for the risk until the goods are transferred to the buyer or to the courier or carrier used by the seller. <\/font><\/font>
2. Terms of <\/font><\/font>issue and delivery <\/font><\/font>
\u2022 The seller must issue the goods without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed. <\/font><\/font>
\u2022 If delivery is delayed, the consumer has the right to demand that the seller set an additional deadline. If delivery is still not made, the consumer may withdraw from the contract. <\/font><\/font>
3. Delivery costs and free offers <\/font><\/font>
\u2022 All costs related to delivery must be clearly indicated before the order is confirmed. There is no right to hide or change the cost after the customer has already confirmed the contract. <\/font><\/font>
\u2022 If there are promotions with free delivery (for example, when ordering from PLN 3000), this must be clearly indicated – conditions, terms, whether it applies to all areas, or exceptions. <\/font><\/font>
4. Liability for goods during delivery <\/font><\/font>
\u2022 The seller is liable for accidental loss of or damage to the goods until the goods reach the customer or until the customer\/carrier confirms receipt. <\/font><\/font>
\u2022 If the customer chooses the delivery method or carrier himself, the seller must clearly describe when the transfer of risk occurs. <\/font><\/font>
5. Time limits for informing \/ processing claims <\/font><\/font>
\u2022 The buyer must be informed about the status of the order, shipment, tracking code, expected terms. <\/font><\/font>
\u2022 In the case of complaints due to delivery (damage, loss) – the seller must provide a mechanism for filing a complaint or claim, the procedure and terms for its consideration.<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Free delivery for all orders over PLN 3,000 (Poland \/ EU countries) at the standard courier delivery rate or via a pick-up point. <\/font><\/font>
\u2022 For orders below PLN 3,000, delivery is carried out at the carrier or courier service rates, with a clear indication of the cost before checkout.<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Within Poland: 1-2 business days after shipment, if the goods are in stock. <\/font><\/font>
\u2022 To EU countries: 3-5 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures. <\/font><\/font>
\u2022 If delivery is made via other methods (express, special service) – the terms may vary, but will be clearly indicated during checkout.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cost<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/h2>\n\n\n\n


\u2022 Shipping costs (for orders below PLN 3000) depend on weight, dimensions and country of delivery. <\/font><\/font>
\u2022 All shipping costs will be visible before confirming the order. <\/font><\/font>
\u2022 Promotions \/ free shipping: the conditions are transparent, without hidden fees.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n

About responsibility<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/h2>\n\n\n\n


\u2022 We are responsible for the safety of the goods until they are handed over to the customer or the carrier chosen by us or recommended by us. <\/font><\/font>
\u2022 If the customer chooses the carrier independently, the seller indicates the moment when the risk passes. <\/font><\/font>
\u2022 In case of damage or loss, the customer has the right to make a complaint, and we will provide instructions on how to do so.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to arrange delivery and track<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/h2>\n\n\n\n


\u2022 After confirming the order, the client receives information about the delivery method, time, cost. <\/font><\/font>
\u2022 After shipment \u2014 a tracking code or other form of tracking, if possible. <\/font><\/font>
\u2022 In case of delays or problems, the client will be notified as soon as possible.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compliance with the law<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/font><\/h2>\n\n\n\n


\u2022 All the above conditions comply with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, the Civil Code, and the EU regulations on distance selling. <\/font><\/font>
