SEUIC Scan Tool — scanner control on the TZD

SEUIC Scan Tool is a system tool that allows you to fine-tune your terminal scanner for a specific process: selection, acceptance, inventory, production operations or service. You control not only how the code is read , but also how the data gets into your WMS/ERP/web form – without rewriting programs.

How it works (briefly)

1. Create a profile for a specific program/area.

2. Set Barcode/Scan settings , add filters/formatting .

3. Select output : Focus / Broadcast / EmuKey / Clipboard.

4. Save the profile (new admin password !), enable the desired trigger mode.

5. Deploy the profile to other devices (export/EMM/Stage Now).

FAQ

How is Scan Tool different from Seuic Data Wedge?
Scan Tool is deeper control of the scanner itself (optics/timings/filters/MultiCode) + profiles. Data Wedge is more about routing scans into applications without code. Together, it’s a full stack.

When to choose EmuKey and when Broadcast?
EmuKey — when the form is waiting for “keyboard” input; Broadcast — for your Android services without field focus.

Is it possible to limit the number of codes per pass?
Yes, set a MultiCode limit in your profile.
