Terms of free testing of SEUIC equipment

1. The essence of the program

The program allows corporate customers and distributors to test SEUIC equipment in their own business processes for free.

The transfer of equipment is carried out only for the duration of testing and without the transfer of ownership – this is a free use agreement (“umowa użyczenia”) in accordance with Articles 710–719 of the Polish Civil Code.

Important: the client pays compensation only in case of loss, theft or damage to the equipment, which makes further use impossible.

2. Who can participate?
  • Legal entities and sole proprietors registered in Poland or EU countries.
  • Areas of application: warehouse, logistics, retail, field service, production and others.

We reserve the right to request company KYC data: name, registration numbers, address, contact person.

3. What we provide
  • SEUIC Android data collection terminals.
  • SEUIC tablets and scanners (handheld, ring, stationary).
  • SEUIC RFID solutions.

By separate agreement, temporary access to the EMM/MDM platform of the manufacturer SEUIC (device management, application deployment, security policies).

4. Deadline and equipment
  • The testing kit (model, quantity, accessories, software) is agreed upon in writing.
  • Standard term: 7–14 calendar days from the moment of receipt.

Extension is possible by prior written agreement.

5. Delivery
  • Delivery in Poland and EU countries.
  • The cost of shipping in both directions is at the customer’s expense.

The risks from the moment of receipt until return to our warehouse are on the customer’s side. It is recommended to send with insurance.

6. Equipment Responsibility
  • The client is responsible for the safety of the equipment throughout the entire period of use.
  • Prohibited: disassembly, root access, custom firmware, removing seals, applying markings, transfer to third parties without our permission.
  • In case of loss/theft, the client is obliged to compensate for the market value of the equipment at the time of the incident.

In case of damage: the cost of repair or, if repair is impractical, the market value of the equipment is reimbursed.

7. Software and data
  • Devices may come with a pre-installed Android test profile, apps, or an EMM/MDM client.
  • We do not have access to your internal data without an installed MDM/EMM client.

All data that the customer uploads during testing must be deleted before returning the equipment. We additionally perform a full wipe.

8. Return
  • The equipment is returned in its original or similar packaging, complete with all accessories.
  • You must delete user data before returning.
  • We carry out acceptance: visual inspection, functional check, serial number verification.

If there is no damage, the client does not pay anything.

9. Law and jurisdiction
  • The Agreement and the Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with Polish law (Art. 710–719 of the Civil Code, Art. 471 of the Civil Code).

Disputes are resolved by the courts of Warsaw, with the possibility of enforcement of decisions in EU countries in accordance with Brussels I (recast).

10. Completion of the test
  • After completing the test, we provide a commercial offer with purchase terms.
  • When purchasing 200 or more units, the client receives free access to SEUIC EMM/MDM (under the manufacturer’s terms).

UMOWA UŻYCZENIA SPRZĘTU TESTOWEGO

a

_____________________________ (nazwa firmy / osoba fizyczna władysządą gospodarczą, adres, NIP/REGON/UE VAT, representative), zwaną dalej „Użytkownikiem”.

§1 Subject of the agreement
  1. Użyczający oddaje nieodpłatnie Użeżowi do czasowego używania spłączy testowy marki SEUIC (zwany dalej „Sprzętem”), zgodnie z złącznikiem nr 1.
  2. Sprzę remains the property of the User. Umowa nie powoduje przenieśnia prawa poniki.
  3. The device can only be used for tests within the economic activities of the User.

  1. Sprzęt is issued for the district from dnia ______ to dnia ______.
  2. Przedłużenie okresu wymaga formy pisemnej pod rygorem nieważności.
§3 Issue and return
  1. Sprzętu is issued on the basis of the przekazania protocol (Zalyuchst nr. 1).
  2. The user undertakes to return the Sprzę in undamaged condition, complete, with all accessories, in original or equivalent packaging.
  3. Costs of shipping and risks during transport are the responsibility of the User.
§4 Responsibility
  1. The user bears full responsibility for the Product from the moment of receipt to the time of return.
  2. W przypadku kradzieży, loss, zniszczenia lub zażenia Sprzętu User zobowiąże się zaplatcije:

    a) cost of repair, if repair is possible and profitable,

    b) równowartość rynkową Sprzętu, if repair is not possible or nieopłacalna.
  3. The user does not have the right to:

    a) dokonywać ingerencji sprzzeowej lub programowej,

    b) instalować nieautoryzowanego software,

    c) share Sprzętu osobom trzecim.
§5 Data and confidentiality
  1. The user undertakes to remove all personal data from Sprzętu before returning it.

§6 Applicable law and court
  1. The law of Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej applies to the umowy.
  2. Vszelkie spory rozstrzygja sąd maszyskie dla siedziby Użyczającego w Warszawie.
§7 Final provisions
  1. All zmiany umowy require formy pisemnej.
  2. Umowa zolta sporządzona w dwoch jednobrzmiących egzemplarzach, po jednym dla eache ze stron.
